RetailSuite provides a cloud-based platform for inventory management, supply chain analysis, and branch control. The scope of services includes the modules specified in the respective contract; changes to functions are documented and communicated in a timely manner.

You are responsible for the proper maintenance of your access credentials, the accuracy of the master data entered, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Access may only be shared with authorized employees.

The platform is operated with the care of a diligent provider. We are liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to damages typical for the contract.

Contracts run for the agreed minimum term and are automatically renewed unless terminated in due time. Termination requires written form. In the event of serious contractual violations, access may be suspended with immediate effect.

We adjust these terms when legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will inform you of significant changes at least four weeks before they take effect via email to the address on file.
